We are unique in our grooming service in that we offer 1st rate grooming, but not in the usual production line way, there are no cages where the dogs wait their turn but a couch! We only do a maximum of 3 dogs a day to make sure that the utmost care and attention is lavished on each dog. Before we even begin the grooming process we go on a “getting to know you walk” we feel this is essential in gaining the dogs trust They have a luxury bath and massage and are then towel dried or blow dryed depending on what the dog is most comfortable with. The grooming process is done with absolute precision and care and most importantly we take our time. This maintains the dogs confidence in us and they relax and enjoy the process very much. In fact some of the owners ask if it would be possible for them to have a pamper too! All aspects of the grooming process are under taken in our Pamper sessions this includes, eyes, ears, teeth, claws and anal glands (not a pleasant part of the job but essential in certain breeds).
